Attachment to primary care for everyone!

The Ministry of Health has announced new funding to create more primary care teams across Ontario with a focus on improving primary care attachment rates, especially for those who need it most. The WTOHT will be submitting an application to receive this funding when available and the West Toronto Primary Care Network has an opportunity to provide valuable insight and on the ground experience to aide in the process.
