Digital Health Asset Inventory

West Toronto OHT is gathering information on our existing digital health landscape to help support you and the development of our digital health strategy.

The primary objectives of building a digital health inventory are:

1. To provide insight into current and planned digital health assets.

2. To identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and risks regarding digital health assets that can inform OHT planning, evolution, and maturity.

Your input will inform this foundational work. The survey should take roughly 20-30 minutes to complete.
